• Measure engagement and improve content quality
• Detect, prevent, and address security incidents and fraud
• Comply with legal obligations

When you sign in with Google, we receive your public profile information (name, email, profile picture). We use this information solely to:

• Create and manage your Richmond Balance account
• Display your name and avatar in the platform
• Associate your assessments and routines with your account

We do not access your Google contacts, calendar, or any data beyond basic profile information.

• •Your assessment responses and Balance Scores are stored in your account and visible only to you
• •Routine tracking data (daily check-ins) is private to your account
• •We do not share your individual wellness data with other users, employers, or insurance companies
• •You can delete your assessment history and routine data from your profile at any time

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, including:

• Delivering subscriptions and providing the Services
• Maintaining your account, assessments, and routine tracking
• Security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance

If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
