Hunter Rhoades is the owner and head trainer at Richmond Balance and is passionate about sharing a healthy lifestyle with those he teaches. As a life long athlete and certified personal trainer, Hunter has learned how to train hard and get results. Hunter's fitness focus is on proper human movement, improving posture, preventing pain and improving mobility for a long and healthy life. This focus comes through in all group fitness classes, personal training sessions and interactions at the gym.
When he's not at Richmond Balance, you can find Hunter mountain biking, kayaking, hiking and camping in the Virginia countryside.
