Stability & Mobility is a movement based approach aimed to teach the proper mechanics of human movement related to both sport and everyday human life. The class is taught by Erin Johnson who is active duty military and a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Erin will teach individuals how to properly stabilize shoulders, hips, and properly activate your core musculature.
