Yoga is a meditative workout that incorporates breath control and the adoption of specific bodily postures, practiced for health and relaxation.

Stability & Mobility

Stability & Mobility is a movement based approach aimed to teach the proper mechanics of human movement related to both sport and everyday human life.  The class is taught by Erin Johnson who is active duty military and a Doctor of Physical Therapy.  Erin will teach individuals how to properly stabilize shoulders, hips, and properly activate your core musculature.

Barre

Barre is a lengthening and strengthening class that combines components of Yoga, Pilates and Ballet.  The desired result of Barre is increased flexibility, heightened core awareness and strengthening of stabilizer muscles.

    Join us for a blast from the past at our 80’s night aerobics class. Wear your best 80’s gear and come prepared to sweat to some of your favorite hits of the decade. Ice cold libations will be served after class!
